If you are planning to bring a guest or your family to join you at the hotel during the conference week, we offer two guest programs to choose from.

Your guests will not be able to attend the technical sessions, but they can accompany you to meals and social hours.

Your company committed to sponsoring this year‘s Safety T-Shirt for the annual SSSAAP Conference which will be held April 6–11, 2025 at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Your company logo will be displayed on the back of the shirt along with the logos of 18 other companies. The front of the shirt will contain a stack testing-related safety message.

We finalized the design and ordered T-shirts and have received the invoice from the silkscreen company who will produce the shirts. The cost for each sponsor this year is $300.

To simplify payment, we set up this "event" where you can "register" and pay the fee using a credit card. You can also pay by check - let me know if you need to make arrangements for that option.

SES would like to thank you for your sponsorship. The attendees love getting the T-shirts and wear them proudly. This year we commissioned the production of a safety quilt using twelve of the past T-shirts. We will be raffling it off at this year‘s conference. It will be a special memento for the lucky recipient. We will post a photo of the quilt in next quarter‘s newsletter.

The annual sporting clays and shooting tournament will be held at the Low County Preserve in Tabor City, which is a 5-stand, trap, and skeet facility. The fee will be $61 (paid in advance) and includes targets, ammunition, and loaner guns.

A boxed lunch will be available for pickup at the registration desk at the hotel before you head to the preserve. We will arrange ride sharing using a sign-up sheet.

The annual SES golf tournament will be held at the nearby Arcadian Shores. The fee will be $91 (paid through this registration portal in advance by credit card) and includes green fees and cart rental (tax included), and transportation from the hotel to the course.

Myrtle Beach is one of the largest Golf Destinations in the Country, and April is their busiest time, therefore, a Shotgun start will not be utilized this year. We have been able to arrange Tee Times starting at 12:18pm on Tuesday, April 8th through 1:14pm. The tee times are arranged as “Double Tees” on the front and back as well, so we expect everyone to finish in time to get back to the hotel by the middle of the Social Hour.

If you have a car and can offer rides to other golfers, let us know how many people you can fit in your car, including yourself, and clubs.

There is a 5-day cancellation policy for this course. If you cancel, you will receive a rain check with no expiration date, but you will not receive a refund.

A limited number of golf club rentals will be available and should be requested and paid for in advance. You need to call 843-449-5217 to request golf club rentals.

We would also like to know your handicap to help us determine the pairings. If you don‘t have one, estimate it or we will use 36.

You are also free to play golf on Sunday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You should call 800-846-5552 to make arrangements.
