between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.

If you are planning to bring a guest, or your family to join you at the hotel during the conference week, we offer two guest programs to choose from.
Your guests will not be able to attend the technical sessions, however they can accompany you to meals and social hours.
Please choose one of the two options available.
Registration for the guest program is requested before March 9, 2026.

The annual SES Golf Tournament (4-person scramble format) will be held at the nearby Cattails at MeadowView facility. The course is a 3-minute walk from the hotel. The fee will be $55 (paid through this registration portal in advance by credit card) and includes green fees and cart rental (tax included).
A boxed lunch will be available to pick up in the Golf Pro Shop food and beverage area. On-course snacks and beverages are not included.
A limited number of golf club rentals will be available and should be requested and paid for in advance. The cost is $60 plus tax. You need to call 423-578-6622 to reserve golf club rentals. They have 10 men’s right-hand rentals, 2 mens left-hand rentals, and 1 ladies right hand rental available.
When you register, we will ask you "what is your handicap" to help us determine the pairings. If you don‘t have one, please estimate it or we will use 36.
You are also free to play golf on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. You should call 423-578-6622 to make non-tournament golf arrangements.
The annual sporting clays and shooting tournament will be held at the Cherokee Rod & Gun Club. The fee will be $50 (paid with a credit card in advance) and includes targets, ammunition, and loaner guns.
A boxed lunch will be available for pickup at the registration desk at the hotel before you head to the preserve. We will arrange ride sharing using a sign-up sheet.
