The conference format includes technical presentations by approximately 70 experts broken into 10 sessions plus poster sessions. We are committed to safety and open each session with a safety presentation to reinforce safety as the top priority to all participants. Technical sessions will focus on a range of topics from basic and advanced sampling techniques, updates to traditional source test methods (PM, Hg, VOC), emerging technologies, regulatory issues, global trends, the changing needs of industrial source operators, field and laboratory problem-solving, data management, and data quality objectives.

You must be a member of SES to register for the conference. This allows us to capture all of your information in our membership management system to help us properly use the online registration portal. You will need to log into your member profile before registering. This is important so you can update the contact information in your profile. Please take the time to do this before you register. This will allow your transaction and payment history to be available in your member profile.

Note: You will not be able to register for the conference until you log into your account!

Note: Do not try to register as a regulatory agency (government) employee unless you work for a Federal, State, Regional, or Local air pollution control agency! If you are in doubt whether you qualify for the discounted rate, please email Manager@sesnews.org to confirm prior to registering.

We offer discounted registration for employees of Federal, State, Regional, or local air pollution control agencies. Please select this option if you are a current employee of a qualifying agency. We offer this discount to encourage agency participation - it is an important part of our conference.

Note that a 4% credit card convenience fee has been included in the pricing based on historical payment data that indicates that most people will pay using a credit card. You will receive a 2.5% discount for payment by check. When you reach the payment portal at the end of the registration process, select "Check" from the drop-down menu and click "Pay Later." We will manually post the check payment once it is received.

When you register, please choose whether you prefer your own room (private) or if you prefer a slightly reduced registration rate by sharing a room with another conference participant (shared). Please note your bed preference in the questions at the end of the registration process. Bed preferences will be assigned based on availability from the hotel.

Your conference registration includes 5 hotel room nights, Sunday through Thursday only, no substitutions. There are no credits for late arrivals or early departures. We would appreciate it if you could provide your intended check-in/check-out dates if you will not be attending the entire conference period, or if your plans change and you are going to arrive late, or leave early. This allows for more precise meal planning to minimize waste.

When you register, there are several options for payment. Please note that credit card charges will appear as "Source Evaluation Soc" on your statement.

If you want to pay by check, complete the registration process and click "Check" and "Pay Later." You will see the discounted amount for your check - be sure to pay the discounted amount. We will manually post the payment when we receive the check. Rooms will not be booked until payment is received.
