We offer discounted registration for employees of Federal, State, Regional, or Municipal agencies. Please select this option if you are a current employee of a qualifying agency.
Note that a 3.5% credit card convenience fee has been included in the pricing. You will receive a 2.5% discount for payment by check.
Note that early bird registration will end December 15th, so the fees will be increased by $100 after December 15th.
When you register, please choose whether you prefer your own room (private) or if you prefer a reduced registration rate by sharing a room with another conference participant (shared). Then choose your bed preference (single or double). Bed preferences will be assigned based on availability from the hotel.
Your registration includes 5 hotel room nights, Sunday through Thursday only, no substitutions. There are no credits for late arrivals or early departures. We would appreciate it if you could provide your intended check-in/check-out dates if you will not be attending the entire conference period, or if your plans change and you are going to arrive late, or leave early. This allows for more precise meal planning so we can minimize waste.
When you register, there are several options for payment. Please note that credit card charges will appear as "Source Evaluation Soc" on your statement.
If you want to pay by check, complete the registration process and click "Check." We will manually post the payment when we receive the check. Rooms will not be booked until payment is received. You should make your check out to "Source Evaluation Society" and mail it to:

Cancellation Policy:
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Thursday, March 6, 2025 at 12:00 PM. You must make the cancellation request in writing. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellation requests made prior to the deadline.
A transfer of your registration to another person in your company may be made at any time for a $75 substitution fee. Please contact the Managing Director if you need to arrange a substitute.
