Note that a 3.5% credit card convenience fee has been included in the pricing with the assumption that most people will pay using a credit card. You will receive a 2.5% discount for payment by check.

The guest program does not include your hotel room. It is assumed that the guest will be sharing the room with a fully registered conference attendee. Their registration includes 5 hotel room nights, Sunday through Thursday only, no substitutions. There are no credits for late arrivals or early departures. We would appreciate it if you could provide your intended check-in/check-out dates if you will not be attending the entire conference period, or if your plans change and you are going to arrive late, or leave early. This allows for more precise meal planning so we can minimize waste.

If you want to arrive early or depart after the conference, please have your roommate complete the Pre/Post Hotel Reservation form available on our website.

When you register, there are several options for payment. Please note that credit card charges will appear as "Source Evaluation Soci" on your statement.

If you want to pay by check, complete the registration process and click "Check." We will manually post the payment when we receive the check. You should make your check out to "Source Evaluation Society" and mail it to:
