Become a Speaker at the 2027 Conference
We are actively seeking speakers to present at the conference. Please submit a short abstract to the Session Chairs and the Conference Chair (Tate Strickler tstrickler@onterris.com) for the session you are interested in. We do not require written papers for this conference - only a detailed abstract to include in the final program and a PowerPoint presentation to accompany your presentation.
The abstract submission deadline is October 31, 2026.

2. EPA, State, and Local Agency Highlights

Join staff from EPA's Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards and other State agencies for an overview of significant advances in emissions measurement, monitoring technologies, testing tools, and policy developments from the past year. The session will bring together EPA and State and Local air agencies to discuss stack testing practices, regulatory coordination, and key implementation considerations. State and Local agency representatives will also share regional testing requirements and practical feedback to help testing organizations improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and better meet regulatory expectations.
