Mark your calendars and plan to attend the 46th Stationary Source Sampling and Analysis for Air Pollutants (SSSAAP) Conference, to be held at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The Source Evaluation Society is planning for its annual international conference to be held Sunday through Friday, April 6-11, 2025.
The conference format will include technical presentations and will allow for multiple opportunities for attendees to have meaningful discussions with people from all aspects of the air emission testing industry. This conference offers a unique opportunity to interact with emissions measurement professionals as well as representatives from industrial source operations, regulatory agencies, and consulting/engineering/laboratory firms within a highly interactive setting.
Technical sessions will focus on emerging issues resulting from complex interactions between regulatory developments, evolving testing and measurement technologies, changing needs of industrial source operators, field and laboratory problem-solving, data management, and data quality objectives. The agenda of the 2025 conference will be comprehensive and designed to support and foster participation, interaction, and above all communication.
Conference details and registration information, as they develop, can be found on the SES Website. There will be a total of ten technical sessions plus poster sessions. The format is designed to encourage open exchange of experience and knowledge on environmental measurements and emission characterization issues. The Call for Abstracts will be issued later this summer.
Registration will open on October 15, 2024. This conference usually sells out to its maximum capacity in less than eight weeks. The link for the 2024 Chair Report which describes last year's conference is located here: 2024 Chair Report.
