Registration is open to both members and non-members of SES. If you are a member, please make sure you are logged into your account when you register. ClubExpress charges us $5 for non-members, so we pass that fee through. Please be sure to choose the correct fee when adding a registration to your cart.

We offer a special discounted rate to government employees. This includes regional, State, and Federal employees. Please select this option if you work for an agency.

When you register, you need to choose if you want your own room (private) or if you want a reduced registration rate by sharing a room with another conference participant (shared). Bed preferences will be assigned based on availability from the hotel. The double rooms at this hotel have one king bed and one queen bed.

Your registration includes 5 hotel room nights, Sunday through Thursday only, no substitutions. There are no credits for late arrivals or early departures, but we would appreciate it if you let us know if you will not be occupying your room on those 5 nights, so we can adjust our meal counts.

When you register, there are several options for payment - check, credit card, or PayPal. Please note that credit card charges will appear as "Source Evaluation Soc" on your statement.

If you want to pay by check, complete the registration process, but when it comes to payment, click "Pay Later." We will manually post the payment when we receive the check. Please note that rooms will not be held for you until payment is received. You should make your check out to "Source Evaluations Society" and mail it to:
